POSITION SUMMARY
CryptoMetrics® is a leading provider of sophisticated biometric devices and software to private companies and governmental agencies worldwide. CryptoMetrics solutions are used to confirm the identity of an individual to protect critical infrastructures and even improve customer service. Our SecurIDent™ Face Recognition products can track and recognize multiple subjects under surveillance in real-time to secure public places
As a successful candidate, you’ll be working in the SW product development team and report to the Director of Software Development
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 10 years experience in designing, coding and unit testing Windows-based software products using:
- Visual Studio 2003/2005 or equivalent
- .NET Technologies/C#/C++ or equivalent;
- Designed and implemented the following solutions:
- Server and desktop Applications
- Client Server and/or Distributed computing
- Security related products;
- Experience with the following technologies:
- Operating systems: Windows 2003 server, Windows XP PRO;
- Experience in a Team Lead role;
- Strong oral and written skills; and
- University degree (i.e. Engineering, Computer Science, Science or Math Degree with strong software background) or equivalent
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with formal software methodology that includes: requirements, design, code, unit test, and document;
- Experience with the following technologies:
- Blade Servers, clustering technologies
