FingerSURE™ Professional Administrator
FingerSURE Professional Administrator provides a simple, intuitive user interface to establish, maintain and audit security control for all FingerSURE security solutions. FingerSURE Professional Administrator enables the designated IT administrator or chief security officer to manage, supervise and maintain biometric fingerprint enrollments.
FingerSURE Enterprise Administrator
FingerSURE Enterprise Administrator integrates directly into the Microsoft® Management Console (MMC) for Users and Groups. By integrating directly into the MMC for Users and Groups, FingerSURE provides a single point of administration for user management and biometric authentication management. By utilizing MMC and Microsoft Active Directory®, a single point of presence is created for any use enrolled in FingerSURE Enterprise 7.0.
FingerSURE Workspace
FingerSURE Workspace is the interface between the biometric login device and the operating system. Traditional password management processes such as regular password changes, reset of passwords and storage of passwords are replaced with the convenience of using the biometric login device. The system also secures the unattended workstation by requiring biometric re-authentication for manually locked and/or timed-out workstations.
FingerSURE Websecure
FingerSURE Websecure enables secure biometric login to sensitive Web sites and to Web-based forms. The user registers the Web page, and when prompted, supplies her or his login credentials. The credentials are then stored, and provided to the Web page on its next access after the user biometrically authenticates.
FingerSURE BIO-SSO
FingerSURE Bio-SSO provides single sign-on (SSO) to third-party applications through the proxy of the user’s credentials. FingerSURE Bio-SSO interacts directly with the third-party application to provide required credentials and biometric authentication when requested.
FingerSURE File Encryption
FingerSURE File Encryption provides superior protection for information and data by encrypting files and folders on hard drives or external devices. This product also allows for individual access to encrypted material.
FingerSURE Authentication Server (Enterprise Only)
FingerSURE Authentication Server (Enterprise Only) provides secure matching of biometric credentials and the storage and retrieval of user credentials for Active Directory. The server also provides a secure communications pipe between itself and the client, as well as the server and the Active Directory.
FingerSURE Privaris Support
FingerSURE solutions integrate with state-of-the-art biometric devices elevating security to the next level. Biometric devices such as Privaris' have custom software providing full functionality between logical assets and the authentication device. The Privaris BPID™ security device provides a unique solution to biometric authentication by delivering a trusted fingerprint device with strong cryptographic capabilities. The device connects to the local PC by means of a wireless Bluetooth® connection. CryptoMetrics leverages the unique characteristics of the device to provide customers the most robust and full function logical desktop access product.
FingerSURE SDK
FingerSURE Software Development Kit (SDK) provides an application program interface (API) for third parties to integrate the power of FingerSURE authentication into their applications. With the SDK, clients can request secondary authentications whenever they need to verify the identity of a user performing an action with their software.
FingerSURE EFS
FingerSURE can increase the security of using Microsoft Encrypting File System (EFS). Using EFS with FingerSURE Privaris Support allows for the secure management of the decryption key for protected files on a computer’s hard drive. Once the key has been entrusted to FingerSURE 7.0, access to the key is controlled through biometric authentication and the key is moved off the local workstation and onto the Privaris BPID security device. This way, if the laptop is lost or stolen, the key used for the decrypting of the files is not lost or stolen as well. The key remains securely stored and protected by FingerSURE 7.0.
